A case study is an investigation methodology which implies a detailed account of the object of study. It analyses a real case, for instance, a specific company and its experience with a specific product or service.
Do not confuse with a business case, a document which points out the importance of carrying out a specific project or business. It contains a global vision and the goals we would like to accomplish.
